Can You Help with Information on the Tope Fishers' Club or "Seran" Colin Davies wonders whether you can help him? He is researching a motor yacht called Seran built in 1926. She was commissioned by Charles Clare Regnart who was a keen seaangler with a particular focus on tope.
He was a member of the Margate Fishing Club pre WWI and was a member of the Tope Fishers' Club and possibly the Thresher Shark Fishers' Club with Captain E E Yeats in the late 1930's.
There is further info on C C Regnart on Seran's website at www.seran1926.com
