The club was formerly known as the Hastings and St. Leonards Angling Association established in 1895. In June 1908 it incorporated the Bexhill Angling Association. waters consisted of the following:-
Moving from the 1985 booklet to the 2013/4 booklet the
following waters were no longer available:-
River Brede, Northpoint Sewer,Vinehall School
Lake, and the Marsh
Waters.

New Pond, River Rother at Udiam, Wallers Haven & River Rother and Hexham
