The Rod and Reel of Gerry Savage - 30/06/11

Tracey has been an outstanding supporter of Angling Heritage, donating much of Gerry's fishing information from which we have written an article on Gerry shortly to appear in Classic Angling.

When she heard thet we were constructing a display of famous fishing rods, she immediately offered us on of Gerry's carp rods still fitted with his baitrunner reel which will take its rightful place alongside the other famous rods in our possession.

Tracel also donated a copy of an Angler's Mail Annual containing an article about Gerry's radio show and a copy of the Carp Catcher Book
